IDEAlee is a family run Creative Agency set up by our Director and Creative lead, Lee! With over 20 years commercial experience gained throughout a range of sectors, but most recently as a Senior Manager within the Marketing Department of a FTSE 250 Financial Services Company.
Lee’s skills and experience are wide ranging, with formal creative training in Animation and Graphic Design leading him to begin his career as a freelancer in animation, illustration and graphic design. He moved in house to a Graphic Design role and ultimately set up and ran a highly successful internal creative agency. Following that, he then chose to diversify his skills further, to act as lead creative for an innovative start-up insurance company being responsible for the branding, promotion and full marketing mix. His passion and flair for all things creative, along with broad experience, then opened the opportunity for him to implement and run a creative think tank, 'The Lab'. Before leaving his last employer to start IDEAlee, Lee focused his skills back in to a branding management role and was responsible for a team comprised of Project Managers, Designers & Social Media specialists.
Lee has significant experience of corporate, branding and campaign photography and has undertaken a wealth of other private and business related photography assignments. He does love a good wedding too, with a vast number under his belt. Combining his creative mindset, with technical skills and professional grade equipment, ensures each couple's most special day is faithfully captured forever.
While Lee himself is able to deliver innovative creative concepts and solutions, for individuals and business clients of all shapes and sizes, he also has access to an extensive network of carefully selected and trusted professionals that he can call upon to cater for a client’s specific needs.
We are typically open during normal office hours, however, we are keen to be available when you need us most. If you find yourself with no time and in need of an extra pair of hands we'll do all we can to help!

Yes. We are happy to work alongside you on a regular basis or flexibly, taking in to account the specific needs of you or your business and based on the skills and services you need from us.
We are located in Crawley, West Sussex, 5 minutes from Gatwick Airport, which is ideal to cover all of Sussex and Surrey, London and the Home Counties. However, we can be where you need us, with clients in the USA and Scotland. You may need us to work from your premises for a period of time or perhaps represent you at a third party location, which can be arranged, although we usually do much of our work from our own office, as we are able to have discussions and transfer materials quickly and easily to wherever they are needed using numerous modern communication services.
While we pride ourselves in a professional service and fluid two-way conversation to avoid miscommunication, it may be the case that a Client is not satisfied with our services or that something goes wrong (this hasn’t happened yet we hasten to add). If this is the case we do need specific and timely feedback from our Client and we will immediately work to rectify any concerns. However, to reassure current and potential Clients, we do have current and adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance should this ever be needed.
