I’m fed up of outsourcing work and want to find someone to upskill and train our staff to undertake creative work themselves (perhaps with coaching in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), or for a facilitator to tap in to their current experience and ideas via a brain storming session or focus group?
I’m keen to learn and develop some new creative skills and am looking for someone to teach me, perhaps in illustration, graphic design?
I’ve just bought my first digital camera and the vast array of functions, buttons & switches is simply overwhelming. I just need someone to show you me the basics and the full functionality without jargon (or charging me a fortune!), maybe face to face on location if the tutor is local but if not via skype, facetime or via online tutorials.
IDEAlee would be delighted to undertake any creative projects you may need us to work on, however, we are also passionate about sharing our knowledge too. Perhaps you'd like us to do the work but at the same time you'd like to understand the process better too? That's great, interested people are just our cup of tea!

We would achieve this using a mix of all our upskilling methods, dependent on the brief, location and delegates.
We can share our knowledge via one-to-one and/or group coaching (usually a maximum of 5-10 participants). This can be arranged face to face or remotely online via videos, podcasts or live chat. Coaching is a more informal and flexible style, and gives the participants professional advice, guidance and knowledge to achieve their particular goals, which have been identified in advance or possibly develop and become obvious as you go along.
IDEAlee can work with you to instill a culture of skill or knowledge sharing in a number of differing circumstances, for instance: throughout your business; between a group of individuals; throughout a community. We all know that knowledge and skills are valuable assets and that continual development and improvement are essential for business, or project, success. We can therefore facilitate systems, processes and forums which encourage your employees, or a group of individuals, to understand
IDEAlee can arrange more formal training sessions for larger groups, on a particular topic/s which is of interest to all participants. These sessions would suit larger groups of 10 + and although highly interactive in their content and delivery, they would be based on specific learning objectives agreed in advance of the event, rather than being able to tailor these to individuals in the audience.
Recent upskilling/tuition:

One to One coaching sessions with Client’s who are new to photography to guide them through the functionality of their camera and provide them with knowledge of the main considerations to create a successful photograph.
